Firstly and most importantly, contract length: The highest levels of mobile phone user dissatisfaction arise from being tied into a 24-month (or sometimes longer) contract. At My Phone Club we do not have long contracts, we have 1 month rolling subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time*.
Is this Pay As You Go (PAYG) you ask? No, PAYG results in premium fees on calls and other services leading to astronomical bills. All of our pricing is fair and at a fixed monthly membership fee.
Our business mobile phone monthly rolling subscriptions start at £25 per month fixed; this will not fluctuate as your usage fluctuates**.

When was the last time that your business mobile phone bill was the same two months in a row? With most business mobile phone contracts you agree to a monthly fee for a term of approximately 24-months. However, each time you receive a bill the amount varies from the previous month depending on your exact usage of the various services.
For small businesses it is important to have a handle on your outgoings; My Phone Club's monthly membership fee supports this by not fluctuating; you will pay exactly the same fee every month regardless of fluctuations in your usage.
How do we achieve this? When discussing your membership we go through your ideal usage with you and allocate you a monthly subscription based on this; then if it is a little less or a little more each month that is not a problem, you will still pay the same fixed membership fee.
This is a relationship based on trust. We do ask our members to be reasonable with their usage. If your usage increases significantly in the long term then we will be happy to discuss your membership options with you.
